We aim to be clear and open with our pricing, discussing expected costs with you first and providing written estimates if requested.
The vets and nurses will also give you treatment options as we know it’s not a “one size fits all” when it comes to reaching a diagnosis and treatment plan. We do however strongly recommend pet insurance to allow your pet to be treated in the best way possible. Please ask if you would like advice on what to look for when taking out an insurance policy.
Many of our procedures and preventative surgeries, such as neutering, are fixed fees, usually based on bodyweight. There are no hidden extras and post op checks will be included if required.
